What you will do

• Define and lead the strategy for evaluating, acquiring, and expanding data assets across the credit lifecycle.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to transform raw data into scalable data products used in models and scores.
• Develop a long-term data roadmap aligned with the product portfolio and growth strategy.
• Guide the commercialization process to enable product teams to launch data-driven solutions.
• Identify new opportunities using market and competitive insights within the lending and financial services sectors.
• Ensure all data products are governed, compliant, and provide measurable commercial impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, data product management, or analytics product strategy.
• Experience working with large-scale data assets or data platforms within Fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of partnering with data science teams to develop attributes and analytics products.
• Expertise in data governance, data quality management, and financial data regulatory considerations.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in data science, analytics, or finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit bureau data, credit risk analytics, and decisioning platforms.
