What you will do

• Increase book of business revenue by 10% year-over-year.
• Act as a business consultant and provide customer service to hobby channel accounts.
• Conduct joint business planning to identify growth opportunities and maximize adoption of key new releases.
• Analyze sales trends and industry data to optimize account performance.
• Maintain accurate customer data within CRM and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Lino Lakes, MN, USA.
• Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum one year of experience within the hobby and game industry.
• Proven track record of success in maintaining and growing a book of business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and PowerBI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
