TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Develop and manage timelines for integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and broadcast channels.
  • Manage external partner relationships with leagues, talent representatives, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of deliverables.
  • Track budgets, monitor burn, and support scope management and financial forecasting.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to Account Coordinators while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a creative agency, sponsorship marketing, or brand marketing environment.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaign workflows and client communications.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Sheets and Slides.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI).
  • Must have valid US work authorization; no sponsorship is provided.
