What you will do
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic priorities.
- Develop and manage timelines for integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and broadcast channels.
- Manage external partner relationships with leagues, talent representatives, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of deliverables.
- Track budgets, monitor burn, and support scope management and financial forecasting.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to Account Coordinators while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a creative agency, sponsorship marketing, or brand marketing environment.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaign workflows and client communications.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Sheets and Slides.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI).
- Must have valid US work authorization; no sponsorship is provided.
