What you will do

• Improve company position within accounts using consultative and in-depth selling.
• Prospect for new business by conducting sales calls to grow the territory.
• Provide technical support and consultant services to increase overall customer value.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline and coordinate customer quotations.
• Collaborate with Local Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Maintain high standards of personal and team safety.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in the Beauty and Personal Care (raw chemicals) industry.
• Proven technical and formulation knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science or Chemistry preferred.
• Full English proficiency.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
