What you will do

• Perform quality control on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards.
• Verify food safety and quality SOPs and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Safely operate, change over, and perform basic maintenance on automated industrial equipment.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMPs, SQF standards, and food defense guidelines.
• Sanitize department areas and maintain a sanitary workplace according to the sanitation handbook.
• Manage chocolate packing and ensure all packaging paperwork is properly documented.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of related work experience in a similar setting.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Quality Control Technology, Microbiology, or Food Science preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Completion of SQF, GMP, and SOP training is strongly preferred.
