What you will do

• Manage regulatory inspection readiness and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor critical limits including refrigeration, sanitation chemicals, and equipment operation.
• Develop and implement food safety programs, including audits, assessments, and training materials.
• Train employees and Chef teams on GMPs, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
• Identify and assess potential food safety risks throughout the production process.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and shelf life testing to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or equivalent experience in high-compliance environments.
• Certified Food Safety Manager (e.g., ServSafe) or equivalent certification.
• Proven professional experience in food safety or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, California.
