Salary: $24 — $26 USD per hour

What you will do
- Oversee Commissary operations to ensure strict adherence to food safety requirements.
- Manage the HACCP plan and maintain all necessary logs.
- Track deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for quality control and fulfillment staff on safety issues.
- Collaborate on new product development to integrate proper food safety control plans.
- Lead and motivate the associates team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing food operations in a fast-paced environment.
- State/Local Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP Manager, PCQI).
- Hands-on experience executing HACCP plans.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take full accountability for team performance.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.
