Quality Inspector (Third Shift)

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; five-day on-site role

Salary: $19–$24 per hour, plus a $3.40 third-shift differential

What you will do

• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and first-article inspections.
• Read customer prints and job documentation, checking dimensions, geometric tolerancing, surface finish, materials, and plating or finish requirements.
• Use measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
• Record and archive inspection results and complete required FAI reports.
• Prepare non-conformance reports for parts requiring rework or remakes and route them to the appropriate operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean manufacturing workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to follow printed and computer-screen instructions and supervisor or technical-lead direction.
• Good written and oral communication skills, punctuality, reliable attendance, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely with sharp tools and lift or move up to 50+ pounds.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or qualifying refugee or asylee under ITAR requirements; temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a CNC machining environment.
