Quality Inspector (Manufacturing)

Salary: $18.51 - $25.05 per hour

What you will do

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure all requirements are met.
• Interpret customer prints and documentation regarding dimensions, geometric dimensioning, tolerancing, and finishes.
• Record and archive inspection data and complete First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
• Write non-conformance reports for parts requiring rework or remakes and route them to proper operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace according to plant rules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required for ITAR compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 70 pounds.

• Previous experience in a CNC Machining environment.
