What you will do

• Monitor food production to ensure all Chefs adhere to food safety regulations.
• Perform critical refrigeration, chemical concentration, and temperature checks.
• Conduct daily facility compliance walks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all items in coolers and freezers are appropriately labeled.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Operations and Supply Chain to correct safety and quality issues.
• Maintain facility readiness for inspections by local regulators or third-party auditors.

Requirements

• Experience working in high-compliance food processing facilities (USDA, FDA).
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.
