What you will do

• Oversee live kitchen production and ensure smooth evening shift execution.
• Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards.
• Support Culinary Operations Leads and production teams directly on the production floor.
• Monitor real-time operations, correct issues immediately, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Maintain workflow integrity across all production zones.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a commercial kitchen, food production, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, GMPs, and SOP-driven operations.
• Proven ability to enforce standards and escalate issues appropriately.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Basic proficiency with production software and digital reporting systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in ready-to-eat or high-volume production environments.
• Experience conducting storage or ingredient audits.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
