Salary: $114,760 - $195,090

What you will do

• Lead business development, marketing efforts, and proposal preparation for new opportunities.
• Manage the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop market business plans and client engagement strategies to expand market footprint.
• Oversee engineering managers and ensure project performance goals are implemented.
• Handle commercial project management, including budgeting, invoicing, and payments.
• Mentor and coach project teams to drive performance improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Proven technical understanding of Water and Wastewater markets.
• Strong contract negotiation and financial metric skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
