Location: Must be based in Washington, Texas, California, Idaho, or Oregon (with expected visits to Tukwila, WA 1-3 times per quarter)

Salary: $141,800 - $173,300

What you will do

• Serve as the primary decision owner for scope, priority, and sequencing to align delivery teams with the approved roadmap.
• Facilitate and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature approvals for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with internal design partners, vendors, and external stakeholders for product planning and execution.
• Analyze market and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations for digital banking innovations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of functional experience in product ownership, project management, or development roles.
• 5+ years of experience developing user stories within a relevant domain.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, writing, and public speaking abilities.
• Must be located in WA, TX, CA, ID, or OR.

• Advanced degree.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Professional Product Owner certification.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
