Territory Manager (Medtech)

Location: Remote, but must be based in or around Phoenix, AZ for travel within the assigned territory

Salary: $90,000 Base Salary + Commission

What you will do

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with non-sleep specialist physicians and office staff.
• Conduct in-person and virtual educational presentations and product demonstrations on WatchPAT devices.
• Identify and engage healthcare practices within the assigned territory to promote diagnostic service offerings.
• Support the onboarding of new provider offices by explaining administrative and coverage policies.
• Monitor market dynamics and territory activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and reimbursement teams to address provider inquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience calling on primary care providers.
• Experience in DME, HST, or pharma preferred.
• Proven experience in cold calling and territory management.
• BA/BS degree or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
