What you will do

• Lead system launches and establish robotic therapies as the preferred treatment options in the territory.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by driving procedural volume growth in new and existing accounts.
• Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Cultivate deep relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital administrative stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to onboard and train new physicians.
• Provide direct case coverage support in the operating room (typically ~1 day per week).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical devices sales.
• Proven track record of driving procedural adoption and achieving sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex hospital selling environments and practice integration.
• Must be based in the United States.
