Territory Manager - Allentown, PA

TL;DR

Location: Allentown, PA (remote position with travel in assigned territory)

Compensation: $90,000 (base salary + commission)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with non-sleep specialist physicians and staff to educate on home sleep testing and patient selection.
• Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, product demos, and in-service training on WatchPAT device and workflows.
• Identify and engage healthcare practices, support onboarding, and handle service logistics and eligibility questions.
• Monitor territory activity using CRM, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on guidelines and trends.
• Represent the company at events and coordinate with stakeholders on diagnostic pathways.

Requirements

• BA/BS preferred; 3+ years calling on primary care providers.
• Experience in DME, HST, or pharma preferred; cold calling and territory management experience.
• Excellent relationship building, sales process understanding, quick learner with positive attitude.
• Strong project/time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Remote with travel in assigned territory (Allentown, PA).
