What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on inverters, transformers, and battery modules.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting, repair, and instrumentation calibration.
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders for power plant systems.
• Execute O&M activities for utility-scale and distribution-scale energy storage sites.
• Assist with site vegetation management and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification in Solar/Energy Storage is a plus.
• Experience with electrical systems, LOTO, and basic electrical safety principles.
• Proficiency in standard business software; SCADA and CMMS experience highly recommended.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Eloy, AZ.
• Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests.

Nice to have

• Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
• Experience in energy storage system installation.
