Salary: $33.12-44.51 per hour plus a 10% bonus target

What you will do

• Maintain and repair equipment, piping systems, valves, and machinery across operation facilities.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure high system reliability.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot plant equipment including basic piping, valves, traps, and pumps.
• Ensure a safe working environment and strict compliance with environmental regulations.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Must be based in Baltimore, Maryland.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record meeting company standards.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and tolerate heights up to 100 feet.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Nice to have

• 6G Welding Certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
