What you will do

• Lead project management for multiple development-stage solar and solar+storage energy projects.
• Coordinate with internal land, permitting, engineering, and interconnection teams to meet milestones and mitigate risks.
• Prepare RFP responses and manage off-taker outreach in collaboration with Origination and Commercial teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local jurisdictions to secure incentives and maintain community standing.
• Manage internal asset databases and update financial model data for the development pipeline.
• Research emerging renewable energy markets to identify new development prospects.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in the power industry or related sectors (environmental, construction, or regulatory).
• 2-4 years of experience in renewable development (interconnection applications, permitting, or site selection).
• BS/BA degree in engineering, environmental, energy, planning, business, finance, or economics.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within Arizona for site visits and public hearings.
• Fundamental understanding of financial models and the economic impact of project-related business decisions.
