Location: Remote within the US or Hybrid (New York City, onsite 3 days/week)
Salary: $170,000 - $260,000 per year

What you will do
- Originate and qualify new opportunities through consultant networks, specifically serving labor and public sector clients.
- Partner with the Sales team to shape deal strategy and influence consultant recommendations to improve win rates.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies within priority firms to unlock new pathways for active opportunities.
- Manage escalations for key accounts and collaborate with Client Success to protect revenue and drive strategic upsells.
- Create and tailor deal-specific messaging and materials to align with labor and public sector buyer needs.
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline and conversion metrics using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in the employer benefits ecosystem.
- Deep network of broker and consultant relationships, including exposure to labor and public sector segments.
- Proven ability to manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and drive complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Active work authorization in the US.
- Must be based in the US.

- Experience operating within Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
