What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 20–40 accounts per quarter, initiating engagement 120 days before expiration to ensure maximum retention.
- Perform technical discovery by analyzing complex software stacks to determine renewal and upgrade needs.
- Identify deficiencies in customer environments (e.g., missing 911 routing) to upsell services and licenses.
- Collaborate with Global Account Managers as a technical scout, providing data-driven insights to maximize account value.
- Lead Quarterly Account Reviews (QARs) to track usage and provide architectural guidance to customers.
- Own the end-to-end quoting and ordering process for renewals and mid-contract expansions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar high-volume renewal or technical sales environment.
- Solid background in Telecommunications, Unified Communications (UC), or Contact Center (CC).
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to analyze legacy licenses and acquired technologies to create coherent renewal strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of competitors such as Five9 or Genesys.
- Previous experience working as a contractor or partner within the ecosystem.
