TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generate new qualified sales opportunities for North America sales team with an accent on top-of-funnel account-based territory strategy, strategic outbound prospecting, and prospect qualification. Focus on nurturing leads from various sources, maintaining Salesforce data, and aligning with sales counterparts on unique territory needs.

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States (hybrid, remote-friendly)

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 base + variable

What you will do

  • Effectively manage, qualify, and grow sales pipeline
  • Prospect greenfield territory to generate quality, sales-ready pipeline
  • Nurture and qualify leads from cold prospecting, marketing, and other sources
  • Qualify prospects prior to setting and completing demo appointments
  • Maintain current and relevant information on potential customers in Salesforce and contribute account research
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred)
  • 1+ year relevant experience in a sales-specific role
  • Previous software sales experience
  • Experience developing and managing a geographic sales territory

Nice to have

  • Previous Federal and Public Sector experience
  • Experience working with law firms
  • Experience or knowledge of AI/automation use cases tied to SaaS products
