What you will do

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from website and digital channels with a focus on speed-to-lead.
  • Conduct discovery calls via phone, email, and video to assess prospect fit against the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and high conversion from meeting to opportunity.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to identify funnel bottlenecks and implement routing automations.
  • Actively leverage AI tools to enhance outreach personalization and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain clean CRM records and document scalable inbound playbooks.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development or inside sales roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging IT buyers, MSP owners, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cloud technology selling to IT buyers.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft technology ecosystem (Azure, AVD, Windows 365, Intune).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Background in building or improving SDR sequences and playbooks.
  • Experience using AI tools for call preparation and outreach automation.
