What you will do

• Define critical system requirements and plan long-term and short-term deliverables.
• Translate high-level feature requirements and change requests into functional specifications for software delivery teams.
• Lead feasibility investigations and collaborate with process partners to drive feature development.
• Resolve display software defects and verify implementation during integration testing against acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate user story deliverables and release expectations using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of systems/requirements experience in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
• Proficiency with automotive protocols including CAN and J1939.
• Experience with Agile workflow tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Target Process, or IBM Doors.
• Technical skill in systems troubleshooting using CANoe, CANalyzer, or Wireshark.
• Must be based in the USA; Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
