Salary: $160,000 - $217,600

What you will do

• Manage a team of 12-15 Software Architecture Engineers and Technical Specialists to oversee the organization's architecture strategy.
• Establish and maintain software architecture governance, ensuring adherence to requirements and best practices.
• Define KPIs and OKRs to drive architecture efficiency and align with the Built-in-Quality strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to harmonize development approaches and resolve complex system design challenges.
• Champion continuous learning and skill development to strengthen software architecture expertise across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Embedded Control systems and Software Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering process frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping architecture strategy and influencing enterprise-level development practices.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Embedded Control systems and Software Architecture.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including scaling teams and developing managers.
• Background in Propulsion, Battery, Vehicle Dynamics, Body or Thermal control domains.
