What you will do

• Lead a team of Data Specialists responsible for data governance, MDM, data stewardship, quality, and design.
• Manage the Customer 360 customer data mastering process in collaboration with Cat Digital partners.
• Drive the data strategy for Cat Financial and contribute to large-scale data initiatives across hirify.global.
• Interface with peer and senior leadership across business, IT, and other divisions to ensure data health.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and optimize major business process flows and information architecture.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Nashville, TN.
• Work onsite five days a week in the Nashville main office.
• Extensive experience in organizational leadership, process management, and relationship management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platforms and/or Salesforce CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and implementing data improvements.
