TL;DR

Partner Enablement Manager (SaaS/GovTech): Develop and implement partner enablement strategy including onboarding, certification frameworks, training content, and performance analysis with an accent on accelerating partner ramp-up and improving ROI. Focus on delivering webinars and workshops, tracking KPIs, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Location: On-site in Chicago, IL, US

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (Chicago, IL)

What you will do

  • Develop enablement strategy, 30-60-90 day onboarding, certification frameworks, and continuous learning paths.
  • Create and maintain repository of partner-ready content like case studies, technical docs, and marketing materials.
  • Deliver training via webinars, workshops, and LMS to accelerate partner ramp time.
  • Track KPIs, analyze partner engagement and certification rates, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and professional services teams on sales plays and implementation guidance.
  • Guide partners on integrations, onboarding, and usage to reduce friction and boost selling ability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA
  • 4-7+ years in partner enablement, channel management, or professional services enablement in SaaS/tech
  • Proven ability to design and deliver live/virtual training for external audiences
  • Strong organizational skills for managing LMS and PRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and executive presence

Nice to have

  • Strong PC knowledge including Excel proficiency
