TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (AI Marketing SaaS): Lead strategic initiatives to preemptively mitigate churn and drive revenue growth for top-tier customers with an accent on product adoption, lifecycle optimization, and strategic partnerships. Location: United States (Remote) – Ability to work 100% remotely from the United States

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 USD base plus commission

What you will do

  • Lead strategic initiatives to identify and mitigate churn risks across complex customer portfolios.
  • Drive revenue growth through product adoption, expansion, and loyalty programs.
  • Orchestrate internal collaborations with sales, onboarding, support, product, finance, and operations.
  • Build and cultivate strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor to clientele.
  • Conduct lifecycle metrics analysis to optimize onboarding, enablement, adoption, and retention.
  • Mentor junior team members and demonstrate organizational acumen in high-stakes priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise-level customer success experience with track record of shaping outcomes and mentoring juniors
  • Extensive experience leading sales and advanced customer success outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven track record interacting with and influencing C-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Willing to adapt to job changes and accept assigned duties

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, local search, hirify.globalal media management, or enterprise software
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or German
