Compensation: £135K – £220K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Design and demo hirify.global's AI Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve specific customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams to drive the GTM function and improve the product based on customer feedback.
• Lead technical conversations with potential customers to understand and anticipate their needs.
• Translate prospect business problems into technical solutions and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales.
• Proven experience in demo building, presenting, and operating within a GTM function.
• Track record of leading sales processes and building relationships with Enterprise customers and executives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in London.

Nice to have

• AI-related experience or experience in similarly modern and highly technical industries.
• Experience translating code, technical logic, and user requirements into product and engineering requirements.
