What you will do

• Provide weekly written reviews to guide and motivate users progressing through mental health programs.
• Monitor user engagement and data to identify potential concerns and escalate risks through appropriate channels.
• Support realistic and personalized goal-setting through an empathetic and observant presence.
• Collaborate with the clinical supervisor team to ensure user safety and access to correct treatment options.
• Participate in monthly management meetings and group supervision sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Care, Psychotherapy, or Counselling.
• Active registration (or process of becoming registered) with a recognised professional body in Ireland.
• Strong understanding of Online Mental Health Services and cognitive behavioural models.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills for clear, personal user interaction.
• Proficiency in adapting to and using multiple technological tools in a day-to-day environment.
• Ability to operate strictly within the boundaries of a coaching role without engaging in therapy or assessment.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Children & Young People services.
• Experience with motivational interviewing or short-term therapy approaches.
