What you will do

• Cover the 24/7 on-call line as the primary first point of contact for users.
• Provide immediate emotional support for users experiencing acute stress, anxiety, or panic.
• Guide users toward appropriate next steps using established protocols and escalation guidelines.
• Document user interactions and handle handovers to the day team.
• Engage in a structured learning path, including intervision sessions and case reflections.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology.
• 1–3 years of experience in psychological support, coaching, or related settings.
• Native-level fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Possession of a laptop with Windows 10+ or MacOS Ventura+ and enabled antivirus.
