Compensation: 120-150K USD OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across higher education and municipal markets.
  • Proactively generate pipeline through cold outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Convert existing leads in HubSpot and follow up on leads from industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to operational leaders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipelines in low-support environments.
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle high rejection rates with persistence.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into higher education or municipal environments.
  • Familiarity with workforce management, scheduling, or HR technology.
