What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across higher education and municipal markets.
- Proactively generate pipeline through cold outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Convert existing leads in HubSpot and follow up on leads from industry conferences.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to operational leaders and decision-makers.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene within HubSpot.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
- Proven ability to generate outbound pipelines in low-support environments.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle high rejection rates with persistence.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills.
- Must be based in the United States
