What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the EMEA SMB/Commercial sales management team to drive business via a data-driven approach.
- Own the business operational model and cadence, including forecast calls and business reviews.
- Build analytical models and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance data sources and reporting in collaboration with the Data team.
- Define and implement Go-to-market approaches, including segmentation, planning, and quota distribution.
- Lead key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, success, or marketing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- BA/BS degree.
- Working knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in creating Excel models and manipulating data.
- Proven track record of project management and delivering against aggressive timelines.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office on a hybrid schedule.
