Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst (SaaS): Optimizing business operations and driving revenue growth for the EMEA SMB/Commercial sales team with an accent on data-driven KPI tracking, GTM strategy execution, and operational cadence. Focus on building analytical models, implementing segmentation and quota distribution, and providing strategic guidance to business leaders.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (on-site Wednesday and Thursday)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the EMEA SMB/Commercial sales management team to drive business via a data-driven approach.
  • Own the business operational model and cadence, including forecast calls and business reviews.
  • Build analytical models and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance data sources and reporting in collaboration with the Data team.
  • Define and implement Go-to-market approaches, including segmentation, planning, and quota distribution.
  • Lead key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, success, or marketing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency in creating Excel models and manipulating data.
  • Proven track record of project management and delivering against aggressive timelines.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office on a hybrid schedule.
