Credit Controller

What you will do

• Liaise with customers to ensure debts are paid on time and manage daily invoice distribution.
• Resolve queries regarding deliveries and invoices by coordinating with internal departments.
• Process credit notes and issue monthly customer statements.
• Set up new customer accounts and carry out credit checks on new and existing clients.
• Provide general administrative cover, including post and reception duties.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in credit control or a similar financial administrative role.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong personal organization and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• IT literacy and a high degree of self-motivation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sheffield, UK.
