What you will do
- Manage accounts payable and receivables to ensure bills are paid on time and incoming payments are recorded accurately.
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly financial closing across the group and help finalize accurate, timely financial statements.
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for partners by compiling and analyzing financial data.
- Oversee employee expenses and prepayment cards, including issuance, reconciliation, and processing reimbursements.
- Update the ERP system with bank, supplier, and client transactions to keep financial records current and correct.
- Support subsidiary finance teams with ad-hoc requests and help manage fixed assets and inventory.
Requirements
- Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and supporting financial close activities.
- Strong ability to produce accurate financial reports and complete checks within agreed timeframes.
- Hands-on experience working with an ERP system for bank/supplier/client transaction updates.
- Competence in fixed asset and inventory management and accurate accounting treatment.
- Ability to reconcile employee expenses and prepayment cards accurately in accounting software.
- Ability to complete grant reports with supporting documentation within agreed deadlines.
