Salary: $87,020 - $135,300 annually

What you will do

• Engage in business development and secure new opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
• Act as key contact for stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and support staff on projects.
• Prepare proposals, reports, schedules, and coordinate resources with senior managers and design teams.
• Attend project meetings, present to clients, monitor budgets and progress.
• Handle monthly invoicing and provide mentoring to the design team.

Requirements

• 4+ years in relevant industry (land development or municipal engineering preferred)
• At least 1 year project management experience with understanding of principles and processes.
• Post-secondary education; P.Eng., AScT or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle.
• Solid civil engineering design and progressive project management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ability to handle multiple complex projects.
