What you will do

• Plan and execute post-sales client learning and training programs for brokers and partners.
• Design and deliver training materials in collaboration with marketing and Subject Matter Experts.
• Create enablement content for various environments, including pre-recorded sessions and virtual instructor-led training.
• Support the implementation and adoption of existing and new tools through targeted education.
• Track and report on key training metrics to evaluate and improve program effectiveness.
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling classes and coordinating enrollment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, client education, or enablement.
• Expertise in creating visually appealing partner-facing presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experience with curriculum definition and delivery across virtual and in-person formats.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for on-site meetings.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
