TL;DR

CRM Manager (Marketing): Executing newsletter formats and lifecycle strategy to maintain long-lasting member relationships through personalized, context-driven messaging with an accent on multi-channel communications. Focus on activating member data across email, push, and in-app channels to drive member base growth and churn reduction.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Extended remote options are available for employees (up to 120 days within the EU, UK, and Switzerland).

What you will do

  • Ideate, plan, and execute regular newsletter formats and manual campaigns via email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Develop the lifecycle management strategy by implementing new touchpoints and tests within user flows to increase retention.
  • Leverage consumer behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to deliver personalized marketing insights and content.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, build reports, and conduct A/B tests using dynamic templates to optimize performance.
  • Utilize AI to automate existing CRM processes and identify new opportunities for state-of-the-art multi-channel communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Tech, Product, B2B, and Customer Care to ensure deliverability and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM across mobile and web environments.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Airship, Iterable, or similar tools.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze consumer behavior to generate actionable ideas.
  • Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and German.
  • Innovation mindset with a strong curiosity for leveraging AI in CRM automation.
  • Experience working with dynamic templates and a customer-centric perspective.

  • Previous experience with tools migration.
