What you will do

  • Maintain and organize sales content in platforms like Highspot, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
  • Curate and govern sales playbooks, battlecards, competitive insights, and other training materials.
  • Execute new hire onboarding programs and coordinate sales bootcamps and role-based enablement sessions.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for sales enablement tools, including troubleshooting and system updates.
  • Track and report on enablement metrics, such as training completion rates and content engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to execute high-impact enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or training & development.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Showpad) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating structured training content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and driving data-driven improvements.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology sales environments.
  • Familiarity with Command of the Message and/or MEDDPICC methodologies.
