TL;DR
Sales Enablement Contractor (Cybersecurity): Designing and implementing onboarding, training, and coaching programs for GTM teams with an accent on reducing time-to-productivity and increasing win rates. Location: Remote (UK timezone required: minimum 4 hours overlap with UK 8am to 6pm)

What you will do
- Design and execute role-specific onboarding programs for BDRs, AEs, AMs, and CSMs to shrink time-to-productivity.
- Build and deliver training across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and expansion.
- Conduct structured 1:1 and group coaching using call recordings in Gong to improve rep effectiveness and win rates.
- Develop and maintain living sales playbooks, battlecards, and objection libraries.
- Manage the enablement tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, Claude) and track KPIs like ramp time and quota attainment.
- Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to align messaging and close feedback loops.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Enablement lead or Revenue Enablement Manager in B2B SaaS scaling through $20m-$50m.
- Track record of reducing ramp time and improving win rates through structured enablement.
- Strong command of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED, Challenger, Sandler).
- Proficiency with HubSpot and call coaching tools like Gong or Chorus.
- Must be able to provide a minimum 4-hour overlap with UK business hours (8am to 6pm).
- AI-native approach, utilizing tools like Claude to build content and scale enablement outputs.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or edtech.
- Experience enabling government or public-sector sales motions.
- Background building certification or accreditation programs.
- Previous contract or fractional enablement engagements with scale-ups.
