Location: Must be based in the Boston office; role follows West Coast hours

Salary: $86,000 - $100,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads and implement targeted Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic account plans and map territories.
  • Utilize a modern sales stack including Salesforce, 6Sense, and Salesloft to drive activity.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in the Boston office.
  • Ability to work West Coast hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset suited for a metric-driven environment.
