What you will do

• Operate and maintain a Class-A CDL Monster Jam Hauler and competition truck for display purposes.
• Manage the setup, activation, and teardown of event experiences at multiple venues per week.
• Coordinate venue communications and logistics plans with retail managers and venue staff.
• Engage with consumers to promote brand talking points and drive product sales.
• Track KPI goals and create post-event reports with performance metrics and consumer feedback.
• Perform routine mechanical service and repairs for assigned tour vehicles.

Requirements

• Must be able to tour and travel full-time on the road for approximately 20 weeks.
• Demonstrated skills in mechanics and repair.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs repetitively and occasionally 75+ lbs.
• Ability to work in various climatic conditions (hot and cold).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong team building and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Valid and current CDL-A.
• Technical degree in engineering or a vocational certificate.
• Previous experience with Monster Jam or competition motorsports vehicles.
• Experience working within experiential marketing programs.
