Senior Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $128,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Triage, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues involving hirify.global Images.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to escalate and fix bugs before they impact customers.
• Maintain high SLAs and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS EKS experience is a plus).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with security frameworks, software supply chain security, or vulnerability scanning.
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or KCSA.
• Prior startup experience.
