What you will do
- Triage, investigate, and resolve complex customer issues involving Images.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to escalate and fix bugs before they impact customers.
- Maintain high SLAs and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers.
- 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, Helm Charts, and Terraform.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (AWS EKS experience is a plus).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with security frameworks, software supply chain security, or vulnerability scanning.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or KCSA.
- Prior startup experience.
