Salary: $112,800 – $257,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead analyses and develop solutions for Air Force facility planning and management.
  • Manage project costs, schedules, risks, and resource optimization.
  • Advise clients on plans and programs for current and future facility requirements.
  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team including facility professionals, engineers, data analysts, and AI practitioners.
  • Utilize facilities management software to solve mission-critical infrastructure problems.

Requirements

  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Experience as a senior Air Force Civil Engineer in installation and facilities planning.
  • Deep knowledge of Air Force installations, missions, and Real Property management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Access).

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analysis platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and principles.
  • Master’s degree in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or Geography.
  • Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, or CFM.
