What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for consumer AI-powered hiring experiences from insight generation to performance measurement.
  • Define product strategy and differentiation by analyzing homeowner behavior, competitors, and AI trends.
  • Drive product-market fit and adoption by articulating the value of AI products to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Research teams to optimize the search experience and reduce user drop-off.
  • Build consistent internal and external narratives in partnership with Brand, PR, Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Partner with the growth team to identify product opportunities that increase demand and repeat usage.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product marketing experience focusing on consumer-facing products.
  • Strong 0-to-1 GTM expertise, including launch strategy and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to develop sharp, insight-driven positioning for products in the PMF discovery phase.
  • Experience aligning narratives across Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and PR teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Must be based in the United States.
