Salary: $227K – $315K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead product launches for Codex and its underlying models, defining messaging, positioning, and launch strategies.
• Develop competitive positioning against AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and other developer platforms.
• Partner with Growth and Design teams to design campaigns that increase developer acquisition and usage.
• Produce technical content including blogs, explainers, demos, and landing pages.
• Enable Sales and GTM teams with technical narratives and enablement assets for both startups and enterprises.
• Translate market signals and user feedback into product insights to help shape roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in technical product marketing or developer marketing for tools, infrastructure, or technical platforms.
• Deep familiarity with developer tooling, coding workflows, and AI-assisted software development.
• Proven track record of leading complex product launches across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for producing technical content.
• Must be based in the US.
