What you will do
- Develop attendee marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including value propositions, ticket pricing, and product features.
- Design retention and acquisition strategies to maximize repeat attendance and attract new high-value audiences.
- Leverage analytics for segmentation, targeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring to inform decisions.
- Optimize attendee journeys from acquisition to retention in collaboration with campaign and comms teams.
- Build relationships with event teams, brand, operations, and insights to align on goals and enhance experiences.
- Continuously refine initiatives based on performance data, feedback, and trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in attendee or product marketing, with expertise in value propositions, go-to-market, pricing, and campaigns.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with brand, operations, and insights teams.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills in forecasting, segmentation, and KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication to influence stakeholders and adaptability in fast-paced environment.
