What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and operationalize AI Agents to automate complex accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Lead transformation engagements with enterprise accounting teams to diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement AI workflows.
• Engage with CFOs, Controllers, and stakeholders to drive adoption through workflow redesign and change management.
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting, including reviewing Python scripts and writing SQL queries for integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide actionable insights and influence the product roadmap.
• Provide quality assurance and leadership for implementation partners on complex enterprise projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, controllership, or finance-focused consulting.
• Deep understanding of core accounting operations; CPA or equivalent experience in public accounting/audit is preferred.
• Strong technical foundation and working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and automation workflows.
• Must be based in the Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with LLM-based agents, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), or AI workflow builders.
• Hands-on experience with basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Background in SaaS platforms focused on finance transformation or compliance.
