What you will do

• Drive regional sales targets for Workforce solutions, including IAM, IGA, and Endpoint Security.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification through to closure.
• Build and expand strategic relationships with CISO, CIO, and product leadership.
• Develop and deliver value-based business cases that clearly articulate ROI for customers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Professional Services to map technical architecture to business outcomes.
• Partner with resellers and system integrators to expand market reach and drive channel-sourced pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related technology field.
• Hands-on expertise in IAM and IGA domains.
• Demonstrated track record of consistent quota attainment in strategic account management or overlay sales.
• Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and Tableau.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology and Command of the Message framework.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned region.
