What you will do

• Lead planning and coordination across StoryWorks, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams
• Maintain visibility on all work in progress, including priorities, timelines, and ownership
• Drive prioritization, manage dependencies, risks, and conflicts in partnership with team leads
• Track progress on key initiatives and ensure follow-through on commitments
• Lead operational coordination for major company announcements, initiatives, and events
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and workflows for high-volume content production

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in program management, operations, consulting, or similar roles
• Experience building workflows in communications, marketing, or creative organizations
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional workstreams with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com
• Location: Based in Needham, MA with hybrid model
