Program Manager (Intelligent Automation Enablement)

TL;DR

Program Manager (IA Enablement): Own the operating engine for citizen developer program and broader AI enablement education portfolio across Finance and Revenue Cycle with an accent on training, community, governance, and AI literacy initiatives. Focus on managing curriculum pipelines, coordinating vendors, measuring adoption and value, and driving continuous improvement based on feedback and outcomes.

Location: 100% remote. Individual may live anywhere in the US. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship / we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.

Compensation: $134,347 - $194,750 / year

What you will do

• Own the program plan, roadmap, and portfolio of initiatives across citizen developer enablement and AI literacy/analytics education.
• Manage curriculum pipelines, training cohorts, certifications, and community events for citizen developers.
• Plan and deliver AI literacy, analytics education, and responsible AI programming for Finance and Revenue Cycle audiences.
• Coordinate with vendors like UiPath and AI tooling partners on training, enablement assets, and platform support.
• Maintain citizen developer program governance artifacts including standards, intake, review, and offboarding.
• Partner with Product Manager and Senior BA to measure adoption, value, and maturity; facilitate community events and recognition programs.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 13+ years, OR Associate’s with 15+ years in managing projects/programs of varying complexity across technological and business areas.
• Current PMP or PgMP certification (or comparable), or obtain within 3 years of hire; mastery in PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship or visa transfer.

Nice to have

• 5+ years program management in education, enablement, or community programs.
• Experience running citizen developer, center of excellence, or enablement programs.
• Working knowledge of UiPath or similar automation platforms and AI concepts.
• Strong communication skills; healthcare or academic medical center experience.
• Experience with AI literacy/analytics education programs, learning management systems, and curriculum design.
